We are increasingly acting on international matters and for international clients across a range of sectors; for example, this now accounts for more than half of our private client work.

On 2 January 2006 we opened an office in Geneva, Switzerland, building on our existing international capabilities. Geneva is one of the world's foremost centres for private wealth management, as well as being a key centre for Arbitration and Dispute Resolution, and the Insurance, Pharmaceutical, Sports, Telecommunications and Technology sectors.

Catriona Syed is head of the Geneva office and divides her time between Switzerland and London.

Our Geneva office enables us to capitalise on our already significant international trust structuring expertise, whilst offering Swiss-based clients access to our UK tax expertise and the support of a large team of English-qualified lawyers in the UK.
