Charles Russell has a dedicated corporate finance and IP
team in its Oxford office.
The primary focus of the office is a combination of private
equity and M&A transaction work, together with work on
capital markets for Thames Valley clients. It supports clients
in a range of sectors, including IT, bioscience, telecoms
and publishing. It's capital markets work builds on Charles
Russell’s outstanding AIM expertise.
Partner Peter Elliott heads the office, and is supported by
a strong local team.
