Guildford

Split between offices in Guildford and Cheltenham, this construction team has been growing at an admirable rate under the leadership of David Savage, with little sign of abatement: three new fee earners have joined in the past year, bringing the total to seven. The group offers a full range of contentious and non-contentious construction work, and continues to act for Tilfen Land on various redevelopments valued at over £500 million, and for Guildford Borough Council on the redevelopment of Guildford Civic Hall. On the contentious side, the team successfully acted for Irish client Greenore Port in proceedings in the TCC. Clients choose the firm for its "development experience, local government knowledge, ability to get to the heart of a matter and keen prices."

David Savage, Stephen Rockhill is "extremely knowledgeable and down-to-earth at the same time - he's approachable and willing to put things simply." His 25 years' experience as a chartered engineer is seen as a definite advantage, leading one client to comment: "There aren't many people better at their work ."

Cheltenham
