Plc (a provider of independent ship management services
to the marine geographical or seismic industry) on the
admission of the company's shares to AIM in August 2002.

(Europe) Ltd and Nabarro Wells & Co Ltd
(brokers) in the IPO of First Calgary Petroleums Ltd
(an oil and gas exploration company) on AIM in July 2002
which raised approximately $25 million for the company.
At the placing price the company was valued at £60
million on admission.
