The rules relating to the maintenance of capital represent the bedrock of company law. Yet, because of their apparent complexity, these rules are often misunderstood or wrongly applied. In this seminar, the Charles Russell team will demystify the rules and take you through the essential fundamentals, using practical and relevant examples. They will also provide an update on the changes to the capital maintenance rules brought about by the Companies Act 2006.

This seminar is aimed at in-house counsel, directors, company secretaries and others engaged in a senior managerial position.

Glafkos lectures regularly on company law matters and has a particular interest in the law relating to corporate governance and capital maintenance.
