In London and Guildford, you will normally spend an equal
period of time in four seats. One of which will be Corporate/Commercial:

Trainees will be seated with a partner/senior solicitor.
Regular appraisals are held to discuss progress and direction.
Trainees are encouraged to attend extensive in house training
courses. The PSC is taught both internally and externally.
A social committee organises a range of activities from riverboat
cruises, summer ball through to sporting events.
