Euro 100 million Financing for Service Point Solutions S.A.
Advising Service Point Solutions S.A. (a multinational company listed on the main Spanish Stock Exchange) and its international subsidiaries on facilities with an International Bank Syndicate.

$50 million medium loan note facility for Canaccord Adams Limited
We prepared this facility for the bank. It contains highly specialised subordination provisions so that the loan counts as tier 2 capital for Bank of England purposes and contains a highly innovative tax structure.

Government of Trinidad & Tobago
We acted for the Government of Trinidad & Tobago in respect of an ECGD backed facility for approximately $199 million.

Hedge Funds
We have drafted numerous loan facilities for several hedge funds usually lending money to management teams or corporate buy-ins, either in the UK, Europe or Asia. These loans have exceeded $200 million in 2007.

Acting for Global Oceanic Carriers Limited in the $65 million refinancing of existing facilities with Bayerische Hypo-und Vereinsbank and accepting new facilities from Aegean Baltic Bank S.A. and HSHS Nordbank AG.
