Adams Limited
We prepared this facility for the bank. It contains
highly specialised subordination provisions so that
the loan counts as tier 2 capital for Bank of England
purposes and contains a highly innovative tax structure.

We acted for the Government of Trinidad & Tobago
in respect of an ECGD backed facility for approximately
$199 million.
