Our Workshops
What marks our Workshops apart from conventional seminars
or training is that they are interactive, intensely practical,
inherently flexible in their subject matter, specifically
tailored to the requirements of the client and, perhaps most
importantly, are run by practising lawyers who are all engaged
in the full spectrum of M&A activity. The flexible nature
of the arrangements means that a Workshop can range from covering
only core subject in considerable depth to covering all the
core subjects – the client decides. We are happy to
host our Workshops at your offices, or at our offices in London,
Guildford, Cheltenham or Oxford.
