Stock Exchange and the Toronto Stock Exchange of YM
BioSciences Inc.
Charles Russell acted for Canaccord Capital (Europe)
Limited earlier in the year in the placing and flotation
of Peter Hambro Mining PLC on the Alternative Investment
Market of the London Stock Exchange plc.
YM BioSciences Inc. is a Canadian drug development
company which works with biotechnology and pharmaceutical
companies, drug discovery organisations and academic
institutes. Its principal focus is oncology. The deal
was worth CAN$15M.
