The Competition Group has been strengthened by the addition of a further litigation partner, Bill Perry, in the light of the reforms to UK competition law made by the Enterprise Act 2002. The Competition Group now has 10 lawyers, each specialising in different aspects of competition law - eg commercial, merger control, IP, telecoms and litigation - which enables Charles Russell to offer clients a comprehensive competition law service.
