In addition, on 11 October 2004 the FSA published a consultation
paper entitled "The Listing Review and Implementation
of the Prospectus Directive - Draft Rules and Feedback on
CP203" to consult on the proposed changes to
the Listing Rules, to give effect to the Prospectus Directive.
We are preparing a separate note on these proposed changes
which will be distributed in a few weeks time. In the meantime,
