This three stage training programme takes managers and supervisors
from a basic introduction to employment law, through the skills
and issues involved in effectively managing performance, conduct
and dismissals, to dealing with the real problem cases. It
is a successful programme which we have been running for a
number of years, with businesses incorporating it into their
management training programmes.
